The photo above was taken in last November at the autumn festival held in the town of Tochigi.
The girls were wearing traditional kimono for festival and walking in their community while leading a festival float. The festival is held once every three years.

It may be said that this is the bokeh like paint blurred on.
The shape of flower looks like a lamp shade.

The flower of mid-winter called wintersweet was shining with warm and soft sunlight.

Wintersweet starts to bloom in January or February so that it is the typical winter flower.
However, I can feel that the spring seems just around the corner whenever I see the wintersweet in bloom. I was in a so sweet scent of the wintersweet while I took this photo.

This is another image of the Watarase-yusuichi that is one of the Ramasar sites of Japan.

White spikes of withered silver grass were shining in the winter sunlight and swaying in the breeze.
The photo shows a field of silver grass in the Watarase-yusuichi where is one of the Ramsar Sites in Japan.
Three rivers flow into the place where has area of 3,300ha (12.74 sq mile), and a variety of animals and plants inhabit.

Daffodils are in bloom beautifully in the winter sunlight shine in through the curtain.
The image is the first shot in the new year 2013.
